Jake Carroll appointed to Atlanta Bar Association’s Board of Directors

Atlanta partner Jake Carroll has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Bar Association. His appointment will be formalized at the Association’s 2025 Annual Meeting Awards & Installation Ceremony on May 22. Carroll will serve in this capacity from June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026.

Founded in 1888, the Atlanta Bar Association is one of the most respected legal institutions in the Southeast. Its membership includes attorneys, law students, patent agents, legal assistants, and other professionals across the legal industry. 

This marks Carroll’s second appointment to the Atlanta Bar Board of Directors. He has been an active member of the Association since entering private practice in 2016 and previously served as the Chair of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Construction Section in 2022-23. 

Carroll focuses his practice in the construction, manufacturing, and real estate industries, representing clients in contract negotiations, business disputes and related corporate matters.
