Kaziah Matthew White, a 33-year-old resident of Long Lake, New York, has been sentenced to 87 months in prison for distributing child pornography. The sentencing was announced by U.S. Attorney Edward R. Martin Jr., FBI Special Agent in Charge Sean Ryan of the Washington Field Office Criminal and Cyber Division, and Chief Pamela Smith of the Metropolitan Police Department.
White entered a guilty plea on December 18, 2024, in the District of Columbia to one count of distribution of child pornography. In addition to his prison sentence, U.S. District Court Judge Dabney L. Friedrich imposed a lifetime term of supervised release.
Court documents reveal that on March 21, 2024, an undercover officer from the FBI Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force was monitoring an online dating application when contacted by a user named "EarthenFireMD." This individual expressed interest in meeting with what he believed to be the undercover officer's purported 10-year-old boy. The user was later identified as White.
“Broooo I’m only the area til the end of the month, would love to plan a playdate,” White wrote during their communication via messaging app. “We can get lunch somewhere public first if u wanna feel out the vibe. And show u Im not a cop. Have an after school bonding sesh.” He stated his preference for boys aged between 5- and 14-years-old.
Between March 22-25, 2024, White sent over 100 videos depicting child sexual abuse to the undercover officer and agreed to meet while promising to bring a "gift" for the child—a photograph showed Spiderman-themed underwear with “They had a multipack” written alongside it.
On March 28, White traveled from Clarksville, Maryland, to Washington D.C., carrying Spiderman underwear consistent with what he had previously sent in photographs. Upon arrival at their meeting point with the undercover officer present on site—White was arrested immediately.
