A Warminster resident, Brian Zenszer, aged 44, has entered a guilty plea to charges of distributing and possessing child pornography. The announcement was made by United States Attorney David Metcalf, with proceedings overseen by United States District Court Judge Harvey Bartle III.

Zenszer faced charges stemming from an indictment issued in December last year. Court records reveal that on July 21, 2024, Zenszer distributed visual content involving a minor in sexually explicit settings. Furthermore, on November 6, 2024, he was found in possession of a Samsung phone containing visual depictions of minors, including prepubescent minors under 12, engaged in similar conduct.

The charges followed two tips to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children concerning two Kik messaging accounts suspected of uploading child pornography. Both accounts were traced back to Zenszer.

With sentencing slated for July 29, Zenszer may receive a maximum prison sentence of 40 years, with a mandatory minimum of five years.

The case is part of Project Safe Childhood, an initiative by the Department of Justice to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse. Assistant United States Attorney Maureen McCartney is prosecuting the case, which was investigated by the FBI and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. The initiative brings together federal and local resources to address internet-based child exploitation, apprehend offenders, and assist victims.
