Fox Rothschild’s Raleigh office will move to a new state-of-the-art space at 301 Hillsborough Street on April 14, after nearly three decades at its current location.
“Our move allows us to preserve a long-term commitment to downtown Raleigh in terrific new space we hope our team members will enjoy and that will aid their dedicated work for our clients,” commented Bradley M. Risinger, Fox’s Raleigh Office Managing Partner.
“We’ve had a great run being part of Raleigh’s Fayetteville Street revival,” he continued. “However, we’re excited for this new chapter and to be part of the city’s vibrant growth in our new downtown neighborhood.”
Our Raleigh office is home to a versatile team of lawyers who advise clients on infrastructure and development-related work, land use and zoning, transactions, and on disputes in trial and appellate courts across the Southeast.
“It was important to us to find ways to incorporate elements of Raleigh’s history in our new design,” said Doug Walker, Fox’s Chief Administrative Services Officer. “We worked with FCA Architecture to create the space, which includes plentiful wood accents throughout the office as a nod to Raleigh’s roots as the ‘City of Oaks.’”
“This move was especially important to me, as it gave me the chance to do what I do all over the country for my home office.”
The new 16,000-square-foot space keeps pace with the changing workplace. It features bright, modern collaboration areas to facilitate in-person meetings and is equipped with the latest technology to connect remotely with clients and colleagues.
The new location provides easy access to the Capital, Warehouse and Fayetteville Street districts, and to Glenwood South.
