Henry Jovany Sevilla, a 26-year-old Honduran national, has been sentenced to four years in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, fentanyl, and heroin. The sentence was delivered by U.S. District Judge James Donato.

Sevilla faced charges initially filed on May 15, 2024, and subsequently on May 30, 2024. He pleaded guilty in December 2024 to three counts of possession with intent to distribute each of the drugs mentioned. Court documents reveal that on May 14, 2024, officers observed Sevilla conducting drug sales in San Francisco's Tenderloin neighborhood. Upon his arrest, authorities found him carrying quantities of heroin, methamphetamine, and fentanyl.

Following his sentencing, Sevilla remains in custody. In addition to his imprisonment term, Judge Donato mandated a three-year supervised release period post-incarceration.

The announcement was made by Acting United States Attorney Patrick D. Robbins alongside DEA Special Agent in Charge Bob P. Beris.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Kevin Yeh led the prosecution of this case as part of an investigation conducted by the DEA.
