Kenneth Flocke, a 24-year-old resident of St. Tammany Parish, has pled guilty to three counts of distributing fentanyl. The plea was entered on February 26, 2025, before United States District Judge Sarah Vance in New Orleans, Louisiana. The charges are violations of federal law under 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(B).

Flocke's guilty plea subjects him to significant legal penalties. For each count, he faces a mandatory minimum sentence of five years and up to forty years in prison. Additionally, he could be fined up to $5 million per count and will face at least four years of supervised release following any prison term. A mandatory special assessment fee of $100 applies for each count.

Court documents reveal that Flocke distributed large quantities of fentanyl pills on three separate occasions: April 17, May 16, and June 13, 2024. Each instance involved the distribution of approximately 1,000 pills in the Eastern District of Louisiana.

The investigation leading to Flocke's arrest and prosecution was conducted by Homeland Security Investigations. Assistant United States Attorney Lauren Sarver from the Narcotics Unit is handling the case against Flocke.
