Led by Mr. David Rask, the senior class of Harvey High School made a significant visit to Bismarck, including stops at the state capitol and the state supreme court on Wednesday, February 26th. During their visit, they met with Governor Kelly Armstrong.
The group, consisting of twenty students and chaperones, also had an opportunity to engage with Justice Lisa McEvers. Justice McEvers took the time to explain the judiciary's role and how it compares with the executive and legislative branches. She emphasized opportunities for students interested in pursuing legal careers within North Dakota.
