Attorney General Raúl Labrador has reported the arrest of three men in North Idaho by investigators from the Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. The arrests followed residential search warrants executed over the past week.

"Our growing network of agency partnerships across the state is showing that, together, we are making a difference in protecting children," stated Attorney General Labrador. "I'm grateful for the efforts of everyone working to keep Idaho's kids safe from abuse and exploitation."

On February 18th, 2025, Travis McClure, aged 42, was taken into custody on seven counts of possessing child sexual exploitation material. This operation involved assistance from the Coeur d'Alene Police Department and the Kootenai County Prosecutors Office.

The following day, February 19th, Dakotah Kitchen, aged 28, was arrested on multiple charges: seven counts of possession and two counts of distribution of child sexual exploitation material, along with one count of possessing visual representations of child sexual abuse. The Post Falls Police Department and Kootenai County Prosecutors Office supported this arrest.

On February 20th, Matthew Cash, aged 43, faced arrest on eight counts of possession of child sexual exploitation material and two counts concerning visual representations of child sexual abuse. This effort included support from Coeur d'Alene Police Department, Kootenai County Sheriff's Office, and Kootenai County Prosecutors Office.

Authorities urge anyone with information about child exploitation to contact local police or reach out to the Attorney General’s ICAC Unit at 208-947-8700 or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678.

The Attorney General’s ICAC Unit collaborates with federal, state, and local law enforcement through the Idaho ICAC Task Force to address internet-based crimes against children. Additional resources are available at ICACIdaho.org.

It is important to note that all charges mentioned are accusations; defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
