Armstrong Teasdale is proud to announce that Partner Hui-Shan Sandra King, Pharm.D., has been named a Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) for 2025. In addition, Associates Sydney Johnson and Onalee R. Yousey have been named to LCLD’s Pathfinder program.
The LCLD Fellows Program offers high-potential, mid-career attorneys from diverse backgrounds at LCLD Member organizations the opportunity to develop leadership skills and build meaningful relationships within the legal profession. The seven-month Pathfinders program provides high-potential, early-career attorneys from diverse backgrounds with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession while gaining foundational leadership skills and relationship-building resources.

King (Philadelphia) is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group. A licensed pharmacist, she applies her deep scientific and medical knowledge in counseling clients at the intersection of health care technology and law. She focuses her practice on patent preparation and prosecution in the health care and life sciences.
Johnson (St. Louis) is a trial attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group, focusing on complex patent, trademark and copyright disputes. She represents a wide array of clients, including those involved in the telecommunications, biometrics, defense technologies and agricultural sciences industries.
Yousey (St. Louis) is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group, where she represents clients in various civil litigation matters and counsels clients on a range of labor and employment issues. She assists in developing policies and procedures, advising on noncompete and trade secret matters, conducting workplace investigations, and other issues.
