America First Legal (AFL) has opened applications for its Summer 2025 Law Clerk Program. The program is seeking second and third-year law students who are motivated, skilled, and aligned with AFL's mission.

The law clerks will engage in complex legal research and various tasks including drafting, proofing, and cite-checking AFL products such as letters, memos, complaints, motions, and briefs. The clerks will gain exposure to a wide range of legal matters within AFL’s litigation portfolio. According to the organization, the program offers an opportunity to learn how to "defend the Constitution" and advance "America First principles."

Clerks will also assist with AFL’s oversight mission and learn about federal and state policy tools. Additionally, they will have opportunities to connect with prominent conservative attorneys and policymakers.

The program offers flexible hours with options for both in-person work in Washington D.C. and remote arrangements. Participants are expected to commit 25-40 hours per week.

Applications should be sent via email by March 7, 2025.
