A Niagara Falls man has been sentenced to five years in prison for drug-related charges. Jevon Flynn, 30, was convicted of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo delivered the sentence.
The case was managed by Assistant U.S. Attorney Jeffrey E. Intravatola, who provided details of the investigation. On March 26, 2024, authorities executed a search warrant at a residence in Niagara Falls where Flynn was found in a bedroom near a clothing hamper. Within the hamper, investigators discovered a backpack and pants containing illegal substances.
A plastic bag with suspected methamphetamine was located in the backpack, while two plastic baggies were found in the pants—one with suspected fentanyl and another with blue-colored pressed pills. Additionally, authorities seized more suspected methamphetamine and eight grams of suspected crack cocaine.
The investigation involved Homeland Security Investigations under Special Agent-in-Charge Erin Keegan and the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office led by Sheriff Michael Filicetti.
