A Wilmington man has been arrested and extradited to Delaware in connection with the Wilmington-area Exit 4 gang indictment. This case involves ten individuals and more than 135 charges. On January 28, Nasiir Watson was extradited to Delaware for his initial appearance in New Castle County Superior Court, where he was given $1,620,000 cash bail.
Watson, aged 23, faces multiple charges including Murder First Degree, four counts of Attempted Murder First Degree, two counts of Conspiracy First Degree, Conspiracy Second Degree, Illegal Gang Participation, six counts of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Receiving Stolen Property, two counts of Possession or Control of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited, and Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony. He is currently held in New Jersey on separate pending charges.
Attorney General Kathy Jennings commented on the arrest: “I am thankful to the investigators, prosecutors and police whose hard work led to the defendant’s arrest. This is an important step toward achieving justice for these victims. Our hearts are with their loved ones at this difficult time.”
Between January 2020 and December 2024, Watson and eight other members of Exit 4 are alleged to have committed crimes including the murder of at least three victims—Latahesia Hill, Khalil Ameer-Bey, and Kwamir Wise—and attempted murder against several others.
Exit 4 represents the latest gang indictment secured by DOJ and law enforcement in recent years. Since 2021, prosecutors have pursued over 150 criminal convictions with prison sentences exceeding three centuries against members of NorthPak. Convictions were also secured against every defendant in MGS as well as major prosecutions against Wilmington area gangs such as Shoot To Kill, Touch Money Gang, and Only My Brothers.
