S&J Land Administration Services LLC has named Bree Nelson as its new Director of Land Administration. Nelson will work alongside Team Leader and attorney Sandra K. Fraley in overseeing the team that provides administrative land services to clients in the energy industry.
Nelson brings nearly 30 years of experience to the role with a background in client management and overseeing large teams of employees. She has worked with clients in nearly a dozen states and is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen (OCAPL), and the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Land and Title Analysts.
Nelson succeeds former Director Paula M. Rauchfuss, who will continue to serve in an Advisor role through the remainder of 2025 ahead of her retirement from an amazing 41 year career. Rauchfuss was instrumental in developing and building the service offerings during and after the launch of S&J Land Administration Services in February 2020. “I am grateful for the chance to follow in Paula’s footsteps,” Nelson said. “Her dedication and contributions were critical and valuable during the launch of S&J Land Administration Services, and I will do my best to carry it forward with the same high standards.”
