Attorney General Josh Kaul responded to a unanimous decision by the Wisconsin Supreme Court regarding Meagan Wolfe's role as the Wisconsin Elections Commission Administrator. The court ruled that Wolfe is legally serving in her position.

Kaul stated, "We’ve made clear throughout this process that the legislature was wrong on the law. Today, the state supreme court unanimously confirmed that." He expressed relief at the conclusion of what he described as a "wasteful process" and hoped for stability moving forward. "After years of baseless attacks on the administration of our elections, I hope that this 7-0 decision will mark a turning point," he added.

The decision brings an end to legal uncertainties surrounding Wolfe's appointment and reaffirms her position with full judicial backing.
