United States Attorney Clint Johnson has announced the results of the February Federal Grand Jury 2024-A indictments. Several individuals have been charged with violations of United States law, as determined by the Grand Jury.

Derrick Adams, aged 45 from Tulsa, faces charges for being a felon in possession of a firearm, possessing marijuana with intent to distribute, and maintaining a drug-involved premises. The Drug Enforcement Administration and Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics are handling this case, prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Attila Bogdan.

Odon Ambros-Cagan, a 24-year-old Mexican national, is charged with unlawful reentry into the United States after being previously removed in March 2020. ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Dallas Field Office is investigating this case under Assistant U.S. Attorney Augustus Forster.

Christopher Ray Barrett from Tulsa is accused of carjacking and brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence at age 40. Additionally, he faces charges as a felon in possession of firearms and ammunition. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives along with Tulsa Police Department are involved in his case which is prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Mike Flesher and Jessica Wright.

Brandon Allen Boone from Bristow faces charges related to first-degree burglary in Indian Country and assaulting an intimate partner by strangulation. He also attempted witness tampering through corrupt persuasion at age 25. The Bureau of Indian Affairs alongside Muscogee (Creek) Nation Lighthorse Police Department are investigating his case under Assistant U.S. Attorneys Mallory Richard and Emily Dewhurst.
