Matthew Luzzatto, a 49-year-old resident of Colchester, Vermont, has been sentenced to probation following his guilty plea to a misdemeanor charge of possessing child sexual abuse material. The sentencing took place in Vermont Superior Court, Chittenden Criminal Division, with Judge David Fenster presiding. Luzzatto received a suspended sentence of one to two years, which will be served under probation supervision until further court orders.
