Two new fugitives are now on Attorney General Gentner Drummond’s 10 Most Wanted list. One is wanted for assaulting an officer; the other is accused of lewd acts with a child. "We're asking Oklahomans to help provide information that can lead to the capture of two dangerous individuals. These suspects have no place walking free in our communities,” said Drummond. “Through strong partnerships with federal, tribal, state and local law enforcement, we will continue pursuing fugitives from justice until they face the consequences of their alleged crimes."
Jayson Geoffrey Evans, 50, should be considered armed and dangerous. He’s wanted for assault with a dangerous weapon with intent to do harm in Indian Country as well as eluding a police office in Indian Country. The Attorney General’s Office is partnering with the FBI and the Chickasaw Lighthorse Police Department to track down Evans. A reward of up to $7,000 is available for information leading directly to his arrest.
Nicholas Armando Roman, 20, is wanted for indecent or lewd acts with a child after an incident with a young girl in 2022. The Attorney General’s Office is offering a reward up to $2,000 for information leading to his arrest. Agents of the Attorney General’s Office are working in partnership with the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office to bring Roman to justice.
