Webster County man pleads guilty to meth distribution conspiracy

Taylor Morrow, a 34-year-old resident of Fort Dodge, Iowa, has pled guilty to charges related to a methamphetamine distribution conspiracy. The plea was entered on January 24, 2025, in federal court located in Sioux City.

During the hearing, Morrow acknowledged his involvement in distributing over 1.5 kilograms of methamphetamine between March and April 2024 in the Fort Dodge area.

The sentencing will be determined by United States District Court Judge Leonard T. Strand after the completion of a presentence report. Until then, Morrow remains under the custody of the United States Marshal. He is facing a mandatory minimum sentence of ten years and could potentially receive life imprisonment. Additionally, he may be fined up to $10 million and will face at least five years of supervised release following any term of imprisonment.
