The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma has announced the sentencing of Clyde Park Crews III, a 34-year-old resident of Antlers, Oklahoma. Crews received a 300-month prison sentence for one count of sexual exploitation of a child and using a child to produce a visual depiction.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Crews pleaded guilty to the charge on September 4, 2024. Investigators reported that between December 2022 and May 2023, Crews induced a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct to produce and transmit images over the internet.
This prosecution is part of Project Safe Childhood, an initiative launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice. The project aims to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse by coordinating federal, state, and local resources to locate, apprehend, and prosecute offenders while identifying and rescuing victims. The sentencing hearing was presided over by Chief U.S. District Judge Ronald A. White in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. Crews will remain in custody with the U.S. Marshals Service until he is transported to a designated United States Bureau of Prisons facility to serve his non-paroleable sentence.
