A resident of LeFlore County, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to failing to register as a sex offender. Brian Jene Sullivan, 66, from Shady Point, entered the plea in response to one count of failure to register.

According to the indictment, Sullivan did not fulfill his registration requirements between July 2023 and July 21, 2024. This obligation stems from a felony conviction in Oregon in 2007 for Rape in the Third Degree and Sodomy in the Third Degree.
