Polsinelli is pleased to share that the firm has received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRCF) 2025 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.
“We are incredibly proud to have achieved a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2025 Corporate Equality Index,” said Polsinelli Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer Philip G. Hampton. “This recognition is a testament to our unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace for all our employees. Ensuring equity and respect in our policies and practices is not just a goal, but a core value that drives our firm's culture and operations."
This year’s CEI includes 1,449 businesses, which is the highest number of rated companies since the start of the CEI in 2002. The CEI rates companies on four key criteria, including non-discrimination policies, equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families, supporting an inclusive culture and corporate social responsibility.
