Polsinelli is pleased to announce that Associate Ashley D. Champion has been appointed to two leadership positions within the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Business Bankruptcy Committee.
She will serve as vice-chair of the Secured Creditors Subcommittee and chair of the Current Developments Task Force.Champion resides in the Atlanta office and advises clients on financial restructuring, bankruptcy and commercial transactions. Champion earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law and her B.S. and B.A. from the University of Georgia. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sage M. Sigler, U.S. Bankruptcy Court.Additionally, Associate Elisa Hyder has been named the membership chair of the 2025 Board of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation’s (IWIRC) Greater Philadelphia Network.Hyder resides in the Philadelphia office and also focuses her practice on financial restructuring, bankruptcy and commercial transactions. She earned her J.D. from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. During law school, she was a judicial intern for the Honorable C. Darnell Jones II of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
