A sixth fugitive from Attorney General Gentner Drummond's 10 Most Wanted list has been apprehended, and three new individuals have been added to the list. Virginia Hubbard, 55, was arrested by Detroit police last month. She is accused of neglecting a woman in Tulsa County whom she was hired to care for and exploiting her financially.
Authorities were aware that Hubbard had fled Oklahoma and likely relocated to Michigan. However, an anonymous call to the Attorney General's tipline provided information on her whereabouts. Agents from the Attorney General’s office coordinated with Detroit police to secure her arrest.
Attorney General Drummond expressed gratitude for the cooperation between law enforcement agencies, stating, "Thanks to the vigilance of an anonymous tipster and swift action by law enforcement, we have apprehended someone accused of a horrific crime." He acknowledged the contributions of both the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office and the Detroit Police Department in capturing Hubbard.
The individual who provided the tip will receive a reward for their assistance in leading to Hubbard’s capture.
In addition to this development, three more fugitives have been added to the 10 Most Wanted List:
Sau Tau Liu, 58, also known as James or Jim Liu, was indicted by a Multi-County Grand Jury in November 2023 for marijuana trafficking. The Attorney General’s Office is working with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on his case. A reward of up to $2,000 is offered for information leading directly to his arrest.
Donavan Tyler Ray, 33, is wanted for rape and failing to register as a sex offender in Atoka County. Ray is accused of raping a 12-year-old girl in 2017 and is considered a violent sex predator. A reward of up to $3,000 is available for information leading directly to his arrest.
Michael Christopher Marlow, 43, faces charges related to causing a deadly crash in Cotton County in 2022. Officers reported that Marlow crossed a center median and collided head-on with another vehicle that subsequently rolled over and caught fire. Tests showed methamphetamines present in his system at the time. His past convictions include driving without a valid license and fleeing from police officers. A reward of up to $1,000 is offered for information leading directly to Marlow’s arrest.
