Fox Rothschild congratulates Sarah M. Rozek, who was among the 2024 Atlas Award recipients by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD).
The Atlas Award recognizes LCLD Pathfinders who showed the highest levels of engagement throughout the program. Rozek was among 81 Pathfinders who were honored, representing less than 18% of this year’s cohort.
“We are incredibly proud of Sarah’s dedication to professional growth, leadership development and advancing DEI efforts in the legal profession,” said Kimberly Bullock Gatling, Fox’s Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer. “This recognition is a testament to her commitment to excellence and her impact within our firm and beyond.”
In the seven-month Pathfinders program, Rozek participated in a series of meetings and workshops designed to develop foundational leadership skills and provide resources for relationship building. To receive the Atlas Award, she participated in eight or more programming components, ranging from in-person meetings and virtual sessions to online learning modules. She was also co-group leader of her Peer Circle Group.
Reflecting on her experience, Rozek shared, “Participating in LCLD this year was an impactful and enriching experience for me. Through the program, I strengthened my leadership skills and built meaningful connections with a dynamic and inspiring community of legal professionals.”
Rozek will continue her professional development journey with LCLD as a member of its alumni community, which includes more than 5,000 attorneys.
