Alon Alexander, Oren Alexander, and Tal Alexander have been charged with sex trafficking offenses in a federal court in Manhattan. The charges were announced by Damian Williams, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, along with James E. Dennehy from the FBI and Jessica S. Tisch, Commissioner of the NYPD. The defendants were arrested in Florida and will appear in federal court in Miami.

According to U.S. Attorney Damian Williams, "As alleged in the Indictment, for more than a decade, the Alexander Brothers, alone and together, repeatedly and violently sexually assaulted and raped dozens of female victims." He urged any victims or those with information about these crimes to come forward.

FBI Assistant Director James E. Dennehy stated that "The Alexander brothers allegedly conspired using their wealth and status to prey on innocent women." He emphasized that such behavior will not be tolerated and praised the bravery of victims who come forward.

NYPD Commissioner Jessica S. Tisch described the charges as reflecting "some of the most heinous and dehumanizing crimes of sexual exploitation."

The indictment details activities from 2010 to 2021 where the brothers allegedly used their social status to facilitate opportunities for sexual assault. They reportedly used deception to lure women into private events where they were drugged and assaulted.

If anyone has been victimized by or has information about these allegations against the Alexanders, they are encouraged to contact authorities.

The defendants face serious charges including one count each of engaging in a sex trafficking conspiracy and sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion. Tal Alexander faces an additional charge of sex trafficking by force.

The investigation involved multiple agencies including FBI-NYPD Child Exploitation Task Force among others. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Kaiya Arroyo, Elizabeth A. Espinosa, and Andrew W. Jones.

All charges are accusations at this stage; the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
