U.S. Attorney Clinton J. Johnson | U.S. Department of Justice

U.S. District Judge John F. Heil, III, has sentenced Terrall Lamar Johnson to 120 months in prison for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Following his imprisonment, Johnson will be subject to five years of supervised release.

Court documents reveal that the Oklahoma Highway Patrol stopped Johnson in July 2023 on US Highway 69 near Big Cabin. During the stop, Johnson consented to a search of his vehicle. The troopers found six individually wrapped bundles suspected to contain cocaine. These bundles were later confirmed to weigh 15.3 pounds and tested positive for cocaine.

Johnson is currently in custody and awaits transfer to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons.

The investigation was conducted by the Drug Enforcement Administration and Oklahoma Highway Patrol, with Assistant U.S. Attorney Adam Bailey prosecuting the case.
