Cameron Stroke, a 43-year-old resident of Depew, New York, has been sentenced to 124 months in prison for possession of child pornography. The sentence was handed down by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara, as announced by U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Aaron J. Mango explained that Stroke was previously convicted on a federal charge of possession of child pornography in October 2019 and received five years' probation at that time. However, during a home inspection on May 23, 2023, conducted by U.S. Probation Officers, an unauthorized cell phone was discovered in Stroke's possession. A forensic examination revealed approximately 181 images and 12 videos of child pornography stored on the device, including depictions of prepubescent minors.

The investigation leading to this sentencing was carried out by the Federal Bureau of Investigation Child Exploitation Human Trafficking Task Force and the Town of Tonawanda Police Department.
