Bradley is pleased to announce that Trenton K. Patterson has been named among the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) 2024 Pathfinder Atlas Award winners.
The Atlas Awards were created to recognize LCLD Pathfinder participants who showed the highest levels of engagement throughout a seven-month professional development program focused on foundational leadership and relationship-building. The program offers participants the opportunity to develop leadership skills and form a successful career development strategy, and program components include virtual training and networking opportunities such as class meetings, regional meetings, online experiential learning, peer circles, and facilitator support from LCLD alumni.
This year, 81 Pathfinders earned the Atlas Award, which represents less than 18% of their cohort. Mr. Patterson successfully completed the LCLD Pathfinders program in 2024.
Mr. Patterson is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and represents clients in every phase of litigation in various industries, including oil and gas, construction, real estate, and healthcare. He has experience advocating for both plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving contract disputes, mineral rights, data breaches, fraud and construction defects.
The LCLD, founded in 2009, is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have pledged to build a more equitable and diverse legal profession. The LCLD’s programs are designed to attract, inspire, and nurture talent, thereby helping a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership.
