Michael Robinson-Brown, a 26-year-old resident of Detroit, Michigan, has admitted to distributing methamphetamine. The admission took place in Clarksburg, West Virginia.

Court documents and statements revealed that Robinson-Brown played a leadership role in a drug trafficking organization based in Monongalia County. His involvement included supplying methamphetamine to others for distribution.

Robinson-Brown could face a prison sentence of up to 20 years. A federal district court judge will determine the final sentence by taking into account the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines along with other statutory factors.

The prosecution is being handled by Assistant U.S. Attorney Zelda Wesley on behalf of the government. The investigation was conducted by the Mon Metro Drug Task Force, which is funded by HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas).

U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael John Aloi presided over the proceedings.
