The North Dakota Office of Attorney General is seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Attorney General. The role offers a salary range from $81,000 to $105,000 annually and includes a full state benefits package. Applications will be accepted until December 24, 2024.

Courtney Titus, Director of the Civil Litigation Division, is the selecting supervisor for this position. The successful candidate will join a team providing legal services to over 70 state agencies and institutions in North Dakota. Responsibilities include representing the Department of Health and Human Services in various administrative proceedings and appellate advocacy before the North Dakota Supreme Court.
