Knowledge requirements for the role encompass court rules and procedures, legal terminology, office systems, electronic recording equipment proficiency, word processing software use, proofreading skills, and editorial abilities.

Physical requirements are minimal but involve some travel within the district for court proceedings. The work environment is described as comfortable office work with sedentary physical demands.
