Attorney General Raúl Labrador has reported the arrest of three men in Idaho for possession of child sexual exploitation material within a 24-hour period. The arrests were conducted by the Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.

"The hard work of our investigators and our expanding network of law enforcement partnerships is paying off," stated Attorney General Labrador. "Each ICAC arrest makes our community safer and removes those who prey on and exploit kids. We will be relentless in our defense of Idaho’s vulnerable children."

Terry Stoner, aged sixty-four, was apprehended in Elmore County on November 18, 2024. He faces eight counts of possession of child sexual exploitation material and two counts involving artificial intelligence-generated material. This arrest was supported by the Elmore County Sheriff’s Office.

In Ada County, fifty-two-year-old Michael Boyd was arrested on November 18, 2024. He is charged with two counts of possession of child sexual exploitation material and is currently held at the Ada County Jail. The Boise City Police Department assisted in this arrest.

Skylar Dean Reed, aged twenty-four, was detained in Bannock County on November 19, 2024. He faces ten counts of possession of child sexual exploitation material and is held at the Bannock County Jail. His arrest involved cooperation from the Pocatello Police Department, Boise Police Department, and Madison County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities urge anyone with information regarding child exploitation to contact local police, the Attorney General's ICAC Unit at 208-947-8700, or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678.

The Attorney General's ICAC Unit collaborates with a coalition that includes federal, state, and local agencies to investigate internet-based crimes against children. More information and resources can be found on their website at ICACIdaho.org.
