Fader, chief justice of the Supreme Court of Maryland; Hon. Jeffery S. Getty, administrative judge for the Circuit Court for Allegany County; Hon. John P. Morrissey, chief judge of the District Court of Maryland; Judy Rupp, state court administrator from the Administrative Office of the Courts; and Thomas Fisher, managing director at Maryland Center for Legal Assistance, LLC.
