The Circuit Court for Baltimore City will hold pre-trial motion hearings in the case of State of Maryland v. Caesar Goodson, Edward Nero, Garrett Miller, Brian Rice, Alicia White, and William Porter. The hearings are scheduled for October 13 and 14 at 9:30 a.m., presided over by Judge Barry G. Williams.
Due to limited seating in the courtroom, media representatives seeking reserved seats must contact the Maryland Judiciary’s Office of Communications and Public Affairs via email. "Emails requesting reserved seating must include: the first and last names of the media representative, the name of the media outlet, work and cell telephone numbers, and email address." Seating will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis with one representative per outlet.
The staging area for interviews is located outside Clarence M. Mitchell Jr. Courthouse at the northwest corner of Fayette and Calvert Streets. Parking restrictions will be enforced around both courthouses during the hearing days.
Media representatives are advised to read the Security/Media Protocol Order regarding court procedures and policies on electronic devices. All filings made after September 14 are available on the Baltimore City Circuit Court High Profile Cases web page.
