The Circuit Court for Prince George’s County is set to host its sixth annual Veterans Muster on May 21 at 9:30 a.m. The event will take place at the Prince George’s County Courthouse, located at 14735 Main Street in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

"This year marks our sixth year of honoring veterans. As we commemorate veterans throughout the area, we want to give special homage by honoring the evolution of women in the military," stated Administrative Judge Sheila R. Tillerson Adams. "Please join us for this year’s celebration as we thank those who have dedicated their lives to our country." The ceremony will occur on the lawn of the historic Duvall Wing of the courthouse.

In preparation for this event, the court is inviting veterans from Prince George’s County to submit photos and information about their service for inclusion in a video presentation. Submissions can be made online at www.annualveteransmuster.org.

The appreciation ceremony is free and open to all members of the public, with no reservations required. Light refreshments will be available during the event. For additional details, interested parties can contact Joretta Meyer at 301-952-4140.
