National law firm Husch Blackwell has been named by Diversity & Flexibility Alliance (DAFA) as a 2024 “Tipping the Scales” firm, which recognizes law firms for having 50 percent or more women in their 2024 U.S.- based new partner classes.
Women composed 53% of Husch Blackwell’s 2024 partner class. DAFA recognized 82 firms as “Tipping the Scales” firms, which were identified through the DAFA’s New Partner Report. This report revealed that 41.6% of new partners from a representative sample of 196 major U.S. law firms in 2024 were women, a decrease from last year’s figure of 43.3%
The DAFA recognition comes on the heels of the firm’s receipt of Mansfield Plus certification for the sixth consecutive year.
