A federal judge in Texas yesterday sided with Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach and a coalition of 15 other state attorneys general by striking down a Biden administration program that would have granted amnesty to illegal aliens married to U.S. citizens.

“This was yet another example of the Biden administration inventing an unlawful program out of thin air to give illegal aliens an amnesty. We sued and won, again. Fortunately, our immigration laws will be enforced again when President Trump returns to the White House,” Kobach said.

U.S. District Court Judge J. Campbell Barker said in his ruling that the Biden administration lacks the authority to create the amnesty program.
