Last week, America First Legal (AFL) initiated a series of lawsuits following revelations from the House Education and Workforce Committee's investigation into pro-Hamas activities on U.S. college campuses. The committee's findings suggest that the Biden-Harris Administration has overlooked illegal activities and immigration law violations by pro-Hamas individuals.
America First Legal stated its intention to continue efforts to uphold the rule of law and address what it describes as the administration's inadequate response to anti-American and anti-Semitic actions.
Reed D. Rubinstein, Senior Vice President of America First Legal, commented on the situation: "For over a year, the same Biden-Harris Administration that aggressively prosecuted American citizens for peacefully praying outside abortion clinics and mobilized an all-of-government effort against parents for protesting racial and gender indoctrination in our public schools has supinely allowed leftist and Islamic radicals to break our laws, intimidate our citizens, and commit acts of vandalism and violence."
Rubinstein acknowledged Chairwoman Virginia Foxx of the House Education and Workforce Committee for her role in uncovering issues within higher education institutions: "Thanks to House Education and Workforce Committee Chairwoman Virginia Foxx and her staff, the rotten core of the higher education industry has been exposed. We expect that today’s actions will expose the very same rot at the core of the Biden-Harris Administration."
Further details on these legal actions can be found in AFL's Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) complaint.
