Attorney General Todd Rokita has issued a warning to Indiana residents about consumer protection concerns related to products recalled in October. His office advises consumers to utilize available options for returning, fixing, disposing of, or replacing recalled items that could pose risks to their families.
"Halloween may be over, but recalled products are still scary for your family," stated Attorney General Rokita. "Don’t get tricked into using a flawed product that could put your family in danger. Stop using recalled items immediately and pursue resolution from the manufacturer."
The Consumer Product Safety Commission has listed several consumer products recalled last month. Consumers who suspect they have purchased such items are urged to stop using them and check the recall notice for further instructions on how to proceed with returns, repairs, disposals, refunds, or replacements.
For information on recalls issued before October, consumers can visit the Consumer Protection Safety Commission website.
