Attorney General Michelle Henry has addressed concerns regarding fraudulent voter registration forms in several Pennsylvania counties. Reports of such attempts have emerged from Berks, Lancaster, Monroe, and York counties. The Office of Attorney General is collaborating with county officials to investigate these incidents.

"Our office shares jurisdiction with county district attorneys to investigate violations of the state Election Code, and we are taking a collaborative approach to these matters," stated Henry. She emphasized that the investigations focus on voter registration forms rather than ballots.

Henry assured that existing safeguards in Pennsylvania have successfully thwarted these fraudulent attempts. "We are working every day with our partners to ensure a fair, free, and safe election," she added.

The investigations remain active, and those found guilty of fraud will face legal consequences. Henry reassured voters who registered before the deadline that they should be able to vote on Election Day. Additionally, any registered voter not listed on Election Day can complete a provisional ballot.
