South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced that Nicholas Gracely was convicted by a Greenville County jury on October 22, 2024. The conviction is part of the "Las Señoritas" investigation. Gracely faced charges including trafficking methamphetamine in quantities of 400 grams or more and 200 grams or more but less than 400 grams, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and unlawful conduct towards a child.
Gracely was involved as a co-conspirator receiving methamphetamine from Nicole Burns, who coordinated drug distribution from Mexico. Burns pleaded guilty in June 2024 before her trial for the related "Prison Empire" investigation and received a 55-year sentence.
The case revealed that law enforcement executed a search warrant at Gracely's apartment on May 3, 2022. Authorities found approximately 2,603 grams of methamphetamine and a disassembled meth lab in the garage. An additional 291 grams were discovered in the kitchen. Gracely admitted his involvement in the conspiracy.
Judge R.S. Sprouse sentenced Gracely to 28 years in prison. The South Carolina State Grand Jury investigated the case with Assistant Attorney General Savanna Goude leading the prosecution. Several law enforcement agencies assisted in this effort.
State Grand Jury Division Chief Attorney S. Creighton Waters expressed gratitude to all agencies for their contributions to the case.
