uinn Emanuel Partner C. Dabney O’Riordan will be speaking on October 29th at the National Society of Compliance Professional National Conference on the panel titled “Regulatory Implications for Artificial Intelligence”.
She is joined by Frank Sensenbrenner (U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission) and Lyman Terni (Havoc Defense) to discuss the regulations that apply to the use of AI in financial services and offer strategies and best practices for promoting the compliant uses of AI. They will examine topics such as the actions and expectations of federal regulators and provide guidance on how to address the most pressing compliance issues and risks generated by these rules including through engagement with key stakeholders; appropriate governance and oversight; the right policies, procedures, tools, and resources; and effective monitoring, auditing, and testing.
The National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP) a nonprofit, membership organization dedicated to serving and supporting the compliance professional in the financial services industry. The conference offers 70 sessions to enhance compliance skills and gain insights into meaningful solutions.
