Bradley attorney C. Meade Hartfield has been appointed chair of the Defense Research Institute’s (DRI) Women in the Law Committee. She previously was appointed to the role of vice chair in October 2022 and served in that role for two years. Ms. Hartfield is an active member of the DRI, where she has served as seminar chair of the Women in the Law Committee, and as the Women in the Law liaison to the International Law Committee and the Automotive Section of the Product Liability Committee.
DRI is the largest bar association for civil defense attorneys and in-house counsel. The Women in the Law Committee connects more than 6,000 women in DRI by providing opportunities for professional growth and development, supporting career advancement through a forum for leadership, and raising awareness about issues of interest to women in the industry.
