America First Legal (AFL) has revealed the identities of over 40 political appointees in the Biden-Harris administration who previously worked for Vice President Kamala Harris. The information was obtained through AFL's Freedom of Information Act lawsuits, which secured employment records such as resumes, SF-50s, and ethics pledges. These documents detail the appointees' names, salaries, titles, work histories, and agencies.

The AFL claims that these appointees have been strategically placed across various federal departments to promote what they describe as "radical policies." Among those highlighted is Sharmistha “Sharmi” Das, who served as Senator Harris’ Senior Counsel and now holds multiple roles within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). According to AFL, Das has been involved in implementing immigration policies aligned with her previous advocacy for open borders.

Nathaniel L. Snyder is another former Harris campaign advisor mentioned by AFL. He has influenced counterterrorism policy at DHS and led efforts related to Afghan evacuees under Operation Allies Welcome. AFL criticizes his views on domestic terrorism threats and highlights concerns about vetting processes for Afghan refugees.

Brian Eddie Nelson’s role in shaping terrorism-related financial policies is also scrutinized by AFL. During his confirmation hearing for Treasury Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence, he supported reviving the JCPOA Iran Nuclear Deal. His confirmation required a tie-breaking vote from Vice President Harris.

Tericka Lambert’s transition from Harris’ presidential campaign to her current position as Deputy Director for the Office of Digital Strategy at the White House is noted by AFL. They allege her involvement in censoring misinformation during her tenure at Health and Human Services.

Yahaira E. Lopez Ramos' journey from managing human resources on Harris’ campaign to advancing diversity initiatives within federal agencies is also documented by AFL. Her roles at the Department of Energy and Office of Personnel Management are highlighted as part of a broader agenda.

AFL continues to release these findings through their Woke Wagon database while pursuing further legal actions to obtain additional communications involving other political figures.
