Indictment of Tracy Lowell and William Bodeau for Drug Offenses

Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Rockingham County Grand Jury has returned indictments against Tracy Lowell, age 54, and William Bodeau, age 60, both of Brownfield, Maine. Ms. Lowell has been indicted on one count of Conspiracy to Possess a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute; Subsequent Offense and one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute; Subsequent Offense. Mr. Bodeau has been indicted on one count of Conspiracy to Possess a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute and one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute.

During the course of the investigation, Bodeau and Lowell were intercepted in Greenland, New Hampshire while transporting approximately one kilogram of fentanyl, which was intended for sale, from Massachusetts to Maine.

The charges and allegations listed above are merely accusations, and the individuals who have been indicted are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
