Mark Felger, co-chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Restructuring practice, has been named the recipient of the Turnaround Management Association’s (TMA) Chapter Impact Award. TMA’s annual awards recognize both chapters and individuals worldwide that serve as exceptional examples of the association’s core values and mission.
Felger is the past president and chairman of the board for the Philadelphia/Wilmington chapter of TMA. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of TMA Global and co-chair of the 2024 TMA Annual Conference. He was recognized with the Chapter Impact Award for his crucial role in the creation and development of fireside chats, which connect regional TMA members. TMA noted that Felger is an “essential resource for TMA board members who are looking for guidance and support.”
