Jesse Harris and David Papiez to Participate in NCBJ NextGen Program

Fox Rothschild congratulates attorneys Jesse M. Harris and David P. Papiez, who will participate in the 2024 National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ) Next Generation program.

The NextGen program includes bankruptcy attorneys who have 10 or fewer years of practice and possess a “demonstrated commitment to the highest standards of civility, ethics and professionalism.” The chosen participants have shown unwavering dedication to advancing the education of bankruptcy professionals and actively contribute to initiatives that benefit the public, bankruptcy bar and court system.

NCBJ will host the 2024 NextGen class during its annual meeting from September 18-20. Harris and Papiez will partake in an exclusive Judicial Roundtable program and engage in networking opportunities with their classmates and NextGen Alumni.

Harris, an associate in the Philadelphia office, focuses his practice on complex bankruptcy cases and high-stakes commercial disputes.

Papiez, an associate in the Seattle office, focuses his practice on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. He has broad experience in bankruptcy cases representing software and technology companies.
