Fox Rothschild is pleased to welcome Angela F. Ramson to our Atlanta office as a partner in the Labor & Employment Department.
“Angela’s clients, which include some of the nation’s leading businesses, rely on her to help them manage risk and avoid lawsuits,” said Fox’s Atlanta Office Managing Partner Mary Balent Long. “Known for her skill in guiding businesses through a broad range of both workplace and commercial disputes, she is a key addition to our growing presence in the Atlanta area.”
In her employment practice, Ramson counsels and represents employers in litigation matters as well as provides advice and counseling on issues arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Fair Labor Standards act, among others.
As a trusted legal adviser, she also represents clients in class and collective actions and advises employers on executive employment agreements and workplace policies and conducts trainings.
In her commercial litigation practice, she represents clients in all stages of the dispute process, from inception to resolution. She advises clients in high exposure cases involving insurance coverage litigation, fraud and bad faith allegations, business and contractual disputes and internal investigations, among others.
Ramson earned her J.D. from Howard University School of Law and her B.S. from Georgetown University.
Prior to joining Fox, Ramson was a partner at Squire Patton Boggs LLP.
