Enrique Miranda (age 35)

Providence, Rhode Island

On August 30, 2024, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Enrique Miranda with one count of drive-by shooting, one count of assault with intent to murder, one count of committing assault with a dangerous weapon resulting in serious bodily injury, two counts of discharging a firearm while committing a crime of violence, one count of conspiracy, one count of carrying a pistol without a license, one count of unlawful possession of a firearm after being convicted of a crime of violence, one count of violation of a domestic No Contact Order, and one count of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) with intent to deliver.

The alleged acts occurred in the City of Providence on diverse dates on or between October 21, 2023, and March 29 through June 10, 2024. The Rhode Island State Police conducted the investigation. 

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on September 4, 2024, in Providence County Superior Court. 

Jarvon Brown (age 34)

On August 30, 2024, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Jarvon Brown with one count of drive-by shooting, one count of assault with intent to murder, one count of committing assault with a dangerous weapon resulting in serious bodily injury, two counts of discharging a firearm while committing a crime of violence, one count of conspiracy, one count of carrying a pistol without a license, and one count of possession of more than 10 grams but less than one ounce of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). 

The alleged acts occurred in the City of Providence on diverse dates on or between October 21, 2023, and March 29 through June 10, 2024. The Rhode Island State Police conducted the investigation. 

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on September 4, 2024, in Providence County Superior Court. 

 Christopher Luciano (age 29)

Providence, Rhode Island

On August 30, 2024, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Christopher Luciano with one count of possession of more than one kilogram of fentanyl, three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (fentanyl, cocaine, and marijuana), two counts of conspiracy to violate the controlled substances act, one count of possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and one count of possession of a stolen vehicle.

The alleged acts occurred in the City of Providence on March 12, 2024. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation. 

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on September 4, 2024, in Providence County Superior Court. 

 Juan Hernandez (age 24)

On August 30, 2024, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Juan Hernandez with one count of possession of more than one kilogram of fentanyl, three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (fentanyl, cocaine, and marijuana), and two counts of conspiracy to violate the controlled substances act.

The alleged acts occurred in the City of Providence on March 12, 2024. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation. 

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on September 4, 2024, in Providence County Superior Court. 

 Carlos Carela Done (age 35)

On August 30, 2024, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Carlos Carela Done with one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (marijuana) and one count of conspiracy to violate the controlled substances act.

The alleged acts occurred in the City of Providence on March 12, 2024. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation. 

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on September 4, 2024, in Providence County Superior Court.
