Clark Hill announced that Nate Goldberg has joined its litigation team as a Member of the firm’s New York City office.
Goldberg primarily litigates financial services and business disputes and has extensive experience representing regional and national banks, investment funds, public and private companies, and other clients in commercial lending, private investment in public and private companies, commodities and derivatives contracts, supply chain, asset recovery, and shareholder disputes. Since 2019, he has competed in 12 half marathons and is currently training for his third New York City marathon.
